The model and serial number of your pump is typically located on the nameplate that is affixed to your pump. This will include the manufacturers name, model number, specification and in some cases the motor rating. You will need these when calling Wastecorp technical support.
Original pump documentation can help you identify critical components you need for your diaphragm pump. Your manual should include a schematic or an exploded view of your pump with a key number. If you can't locate your pump manual go to step three.
